One of the best exercises for men and women of all ages is the deadlift. If you’re not incorporating this movement into your weekly exercise routine, you’re doing yourself a disservice. Performing this powerful movement helps create proper spinal mechanics and mobility throughout all stages of life. It’s not just for gym rats — you can and should be doing this exercise too!
